Eligibility

• The Travel Cashback Plus program is available to customers who have completed bookings through the Memphis Tours website.
• Travel agent bookings are not eligible for cashback.

Earning Cashback (as a Discount)

• How It Works: You will receive a percentage of your total booking amount as cashback, which is applied as a discount on your next trip. The exact discount amount will be communicated to you.
• Important Note: Cashback is not issued as actual money or a refund—it is only redeemable as a discount on future bookings.
• Exclusions: 
  Cashback cannot be applied to international airfare.
  Cashback cannot be earned on travel agent bookings or bookings made at a discounted rate.

Redeeming Your Cashback

• Flexible Redemption: Your earned cashback can be applied as a discount on a future booking. You may also transfer your discount to friends for their trips.
• Expiry Policy: Cashback remains valid for one year from the date it is earned.

How to Claim Your Cashback Discount

1. After completing a booking, you will receive an email with a link to view your bill details, cashback balance, and discount code.
2. When booking your next trip, provide us with your cashback discount code, and we will apply the discount to your total price.
