It is the typical visa for tourism, professional purposes or family visits. Single Visa Entry allows only one entry in the country for a maximum duration of 90 days. Your date trip must start during the 3 months of the issuance of the visa.

This type of visa is issued by a convention between three countries. It is a single visa to travel to Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya. It is a multiple entry visa valid for 90 days maximum stay. It can be obtained at Kenya embassies if you start your trip in Kenya; Uganda embassies if you start your trip in Uganda; or online on the Rwanda e-visa website if you start your trip in Rwanda.

It is issued to persons who connect to other destinations through Kenya for a period that do not exceed 72 hours. It allows you to leave the airport for this duration. People connecting flights directly without leaving the airport don’t need to apply for transit visas.

This is the fastest and easiest way to get a visa. People can obtain it within a few minutes, complete the application and pay their fees online. Single entry visa, transit visas are eligible for e-visa. Prepare a scanned photo, your passport and your credit card and visit http://evisa.go.ke/evisa.html.
If you did not have the chance to get your visa online, you can get it upon arrival at the airport. However, E-visa allows border checks to be quicker and easier.
